You can apply to UCAS here: www.ucas.com

To be entered into clearing you must pay the full fee of £22 to UCAS. If you only paid the £12 fee to make a single application, you will need to pay an addition £11 to enter clearing.

If you are in clearing you will need to select the course you have been accepted on and then we will confirm your choice in UCAS.

Part Time applicants do not need to apply to UCAS, but they will need to complete an application form once accepted:

How do I know if my course is Full Time or Part Time?

All our courses are classed as full-time, but most are available to study as a part-time route too. For more information on studying part-time, please email us at highereducation@sgscol.ac.uk

I have applied to UCAS, but I can’t add a College/University as a choice?

You must be classed as in “Clearing” in UCAS Track in order to add choices. If you are still holding offers, you must reject these offers and be released into Clearing. To do this you must contact the institutions you currently hold offers with and request that they release you. You will need to do this for both your Firm and Insurance choices.

We will contact you with your start date and send you joining instructions.

When do I need to apply to Student Finance?

You can apply for Student Finance up to 9 months from the start of your degree. However, we strongly recommend that you apply so as possible. Please note that unless your loan is in place, your maintenance loan will not be released.
