Vacancy: Audit Committee Co-Opted Member
Currently the Governing Board (the Corporation) has a vacancy on their Audit Committee and are looking to appoint a Co-opted Member to join this Committee.
The main purpose of the Audit Committee is to advise on matters relating to the Corporation's audit arrangements and systems of internal control. The Audit Committee is responsible to the Corporation and meetings are normally held four times per year.
The Corporation is looking for an individual that can provide recent and relevant financial experience and although this position is voluntary there will be an entitlement to claim for expenses incurred.
The Corporation welcomes all applications and is keen to involve people of all ages and cultural backgrounds and strongly encourages applications from all sections of the communities served.

Corporation members are volunteers, playing an important part in setting the strategic direction of the College. The Corporation ensures accountability for the use of public funds through monitoring and evaluating the College’s performance.
